FlyEx BD Shipping Terms & Conditions

Prohibited Items

FlyEx BD strictly prohibits the international shipment of the following items:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal items
  • Liquid items
  • Perishable goods
  • High-value goods
  • Restricted technology

Claims for Lost Items

  • Claims for lost items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Supporting documentation may be required for claims.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video; complaints about missing items without video evidence will not be accepted.

Customs & Documentation

  • Recipients are responsible for providing any documents requested by customs in the receiving country.
  • Delays due to customs clearance, duties, and taxes are beyond FlyEx BD’s control, and these are the recipient’s responsibility.

Declaration of Value

  • When booking a shipment, the sender must declare the parcel’s value in BDT.
  • FlyEx BD will not be responsible for missing items if the parcel’s value is not declared.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Parcels are typically delivered within 5 working days.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen events.

Export Declaration Charge (EDC)

Unclaimed Parcels

  • FlyEx BD is not responsible for parcels left unclaimed for over 30 days.

Gift Mode Shipments

  • A 15% VAT will be added to parcels sent in gift mode.

Returns by Bangladesh Customs

  • If a parcel is returned by Bangladesh Customs after booking, the payment is non-refundable.

Parcel Inspection

  • FlyEx BD reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment for security or legal reasons without prior notice to the sender.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

  • The sender is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
  • Fees for address corrections or re-routing will be charged to the sender or recipient.
  • If a parcel is undeliverable after reasonable attempts, it may be returned to the sender at their cost, including return shipping fees.

  • By booking a shipment with FlyEx BD, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined above.

FlyEx BD advises customers to carefully review the prohibited items list and all terms before booking any shipment. Compliance with customs regulations and accurate documentation are essential to avoid delays or additional charges. FlyEx BD is committed to ensuring a smooth shipping experience but cannot control external factors such as customs processes or weather conditions. Please ensure that all parcels are packed securely and declared accurately.
